Philip Gladney, CEO, Director of Sales and Technology

Founder of MCBS, Philip is in tune with a medical office's needs for effeciency, support, and technology requirements. Philip is also owner of LeveL-2, Inc. and brings to the offices a 2nd level of support by using today's technology as the backbone of an office's effeciency.

Clenda Sursky, Administrator, Director of Personel

Co-Founder of MCBS, Clenda has a compiled history of 27 years in the medical field. "I believe it is the personal touch that an office needs to feel that it's submissions have the priority they deserve." Clenda Sursky With her experience in the industry, an office can feel secure that it's patients are in good hands. Her attention to detail has a benefit that every office seeks.

Kaysha Riggs

A graduate of Colordo State University is one of MCBS's rather unique employees. Fluent in German and Spanish she provides a balance between client support and data processing.

Keith Moore

Keith's attention to detail almost surpasses that of the CEO, in that he feels every rock should be overturned in the attempt to achieve excellence. (and, he just wants to know what's underneath)

All charge data entered is instantly updated to the front desk, so when the patient checks out, the patient portion is already calculated and the return visit information is available.
